Working in a large newsroom with a large network, i think i will start with carful planning, which will include educating my colleagues about the importance solutions journalism and how it can benefit not just individuals but the company as a well as far as news coverage is concern.
That said, i will also take into consideration the audience, timing and budget to make sure that it can be very well implemented.
