M4: Discussion Forum 2: Based on the material we have gone through so far, how would you start building a robust solutions practice in your newsroom?

I agree Mr Lafouairas, self training is important to start building a robust solutions practice in the newsroom. We have to train ourself first, then more thorough practice of what we have self trained in order to succeed in the newsroom.
