1. Identify Solutions-Focused Stories: I'd actively seek out stories that highlight positive initiatives, innovative approaches, or successful problem-solving efforts. Also, I'd look for stories that provide solutions or shed light on effective strategies for addressing societal challenges. Besides, I'd encourage my team to think beyond the conventional news narrative and focus on the potential for positive change.

2. Build a Skilled Team: I'd assemble a team of journalists who are passionate about solutions journalism and have the necessary skills to execute it effectively. I'd look for individuals with strong research, interviewing, and storytelling abilities, as well as a curiosity for exploring positive change in society and brush up their skills in solution journalism.

3. Measure Impact: Regularly I can evaluate the impact of my solutions practice. Monitor metrics such as reader engagement, feedback, and the extent to which my reporting leads to tangible positive change in the community. I'd use these insights to refine my approach and continuously improve my solutions journalism efforts.

4. Promote Collaboration and Learning: I can create a culture of collaboration and learning within my newsroom. I'd encourage my team to share insights, best practices, and lessons learned from their solutions reporting. Further, I'd provide opportunities for professional development and celebrate successes to motivate and inspire my journalists.
