M4: Discussion Forum 2: Based on the material we have gone through so far, how would you start building a robust solutions practice in your newsroom?

It is hard to do this, although its good thing to be done, especially with politicians.  These people like criticizing, but don't like solutions practices.  They prefer to be seen in front pages critizing institutions, companies or governments.  We have to use good measurements to meet the goals we have planned.
