We should first introduce the concept to everyone in the team so that as team we are all on the same page and raising awareness is not enough but we should also change their attitudes towards it. Journalists in the same team should first have positive attitude toward these kinds of stories especially in places where we always felt that if it bleeds it leads. Introduce examples of Solution Journalism and their impact. clearing some of the misconceptions, as many think that solution journalism sounds more like PR for a specific entity. So we first need to raise awareness, then change attitudes then support behaviour. last step- changing their behaviour so they adopt Solution based journalism- we need to support journalists working on Solution stories, reward them and encourage each journalist to add "solution" part to their stories.
