M4: Discussion Forum 2: Based on the material we have gone through so far, how would you start building a robust solutions practice in your newsroom?

I would try to teach and make my colleagues understand the concept of solutions journalism, if majority of us understand and are in support it makes it easier for the editor to adopt it as a new way for the newsroom for tackle stories.
