By recognising champions of SoJo , and implementing simple processes of identifying a solutions journalism story and implementing the 4 pillars, as a regular routine, it would be possible to make SoJo reporting the norm . Training other staff who seem enthusiastic about this and collaborating with them and other organisations and the community would also enhance trust building in journalism and encourage hope in a very negative news cycle .
